RWS Social Club is an internal Social group of employees of Rigorous Web Services Pvt. Ltd. It is for establishing a connection and attachment within the co-workers to form a smooth relationship between them. It is a non-profit and primarily supported by the funds paid by the members and the amount assisted by the company. The main purpose of this club is to facilitate members, including social and recreational facilities.

The practical effect of the club is to allow individuals to join together to provide themselves with recreational or social opportunities on a mutual basis. The social club is a popular feature of many employers’ extra-curricular activities and an important aspect of their reward packages. It can help employers support employees’ emotional and physical wellbeing. It also helps employees to build engagement and motivation in various activities.

These activities are for releasing stress, and also for employees to have access to creativity and ways of unwinding. It lets them relieve themselves from the daily life working schedule and balances the working and non-working life. It also for getting them rid of the employed isolation by providing a motivational impact on them.

This club announces a new leader every year among the members, who will lead to organizing events for that whole year. This culture is to develop leadership skills in the employee. The one who is selected as a leader will schedule all the plans and programs at the starting of the year and will manage to implement those plans.

RWS Social Club mainly organizes the events like two major events, two minor events for the skill development of the employee, entertaining events like Movie, Momo making, Futsal for physical exercise, Rafting, Paragliding, Zipline, Bunjee, Hiking for recreational activities, Birthday Celebration to cheer up in their special moment, and many more.

We are concern about our staff. And we believe that social club will be supporting medium for staff in their endeavors. Create a positive atmosphere for employees to grow and learn is what we expect to get from this club.
